I wish I had read The Psychedelic Handbook back in the day. It provides the necessary tools to understand and prepare for a psychedelic experience, often referred to as a "trip." Not only that, but you'll also learn about the different substances you're considering using.
I loved the narration of the audiobook, and I'm very eager to listen to Dr. Strassman's next book.

After listening to several other books on this topic, this author writes a refreshingly easy to understand and follow book. If you’re contemplating several books in this genre, this is one I would put at the top of the list.
