Lyn Buchanan has written a very dry textbook on how he was recruited, what he learned and various methods of testing results of Remote Viewing results.

But he also says that RV is not for non military personnel nor is it ESP nor is it something that anyone should learn or practice.

He further states that anyone offering classes or writing about RV is not credible. Humbug
