I enjoyed the book.Especially the tone of author.For new guys to Silva, it is more of actual event.Reader who is author , is excellent.I am into Silva , thanks to author.I had read book on Silva ten years ago and this book takes experience to a new level.

Hans de Jonge is one of my favorite Silva method instructors. His interaction with his live audience was enthralling. His insights were fascinating. Best of all I could meditate with his guidance with the alpha sound.

A wonderful interactive course

If you have no knowledge of Silva pass on it. I took Silva in the 70's and always integrated the meditative aspects with me. The narrator unfortunately sounds like a New Age Lawrence Welk and it drives me crazy. However about 40 minutes scattered throughout the book makes it worthwhile. Those are the periods devoted to taking you to your "level" or alpha state. The tapping sounds in the background along with the narrator's guidance definitely facilitate a meditative state.
