The audible is good but if you are willing to go to the hard places this book gives detailed steps to help teams become better communicators & collaborators.
If you are a member of a team and want to produce better results, listen to the audiobook then pass it on to your class leader.

There were some good points though I think much of the advice here is fairly obvious. definitely worth the read and if you are a team leader, listen to this audiobook and then get a copy for each of your team members.

While some of the messages are common sense, the author makes use of our awareness to expand our understanding of the topic. If you are not willing to take an honest look at yourself and your school mates then this title is not for you.
