When 11-year-old Luke and his father move into a run-down trailer after the death of his mother, Luke hears strange noises coming from beneath the floorboards.
With his father working long shifts at the steel mill, Mrs. Crofton, the town's crazy cat lady and eccentric hoarder, may be the only one who can help Luke unravel the horrifying truth of what is lurking in the crawl space.

The Thing in the Crawl Space is an 80s-inspired Creature Feature short story that will have you questioning what lurks beneath your feet.

If this was done by a real narrator, it would be perfect, I loved it. I really need to start offering free narrations 😂 well done!

This was a great short horror story. The only real downside was the narration - virtual voice!

Creepy story with well developed characters and pacing. We have all experienced the fear of what lurks in the dark, this story helps remind of those days as children when we just monsters really did live in our closet and basement.

Clever read for all ages
