From USA Today best-selling authors comes a novelette in the Mind Dimensions series. This short story does not require you to have read the other books in the series.

I can stop time, but I can't change anything.

I can access memories, but not far enough.

My name is Mira, and my life is about finding the Russian mobster who killed my family.

An excellent prequel, told from the point of view we all want to hear. Good for those who have already read part of the series.

In this short prequel to Time Readers, we get to learn more about Mira's place in the Mind Dimensions series. Similar to Thought Readers and Thought Pushers, we get a quick paced, witty and satisfying story.
Biggest feature for me was finding information through Mira's perspective. She is completely different than Darren, more so than she portrays in the other two books. She provides more depth as a character in this book. Strong willed, sure of herself, yet frustrated with her limitations. Specifically, the frustrations of her abilities (being able to stop time but not being able to do anything *with* the time).

Hoping for another Mira based book in this series. Highly recommended.

If you could sum up The Time Stopper in three words, what would they be?

Engaging! Deep! Thriller!

Any additional comments?

I haven't read or listened to any books in quite a while and it was very refreshing getting back into it starting with this book. Unlike books I've listened to in the past, I was really drawn in to Mira's story. Her story telling ability is tremendous and forces you feel for the characters she presents. This maybe the first book I've read in the series, but it surely won't be the last. I encourage anyone looking for a book that will keep you in tune to go ahead a get a copy.

Best book I've read heard in while!
