Taking over Earth has proven to be a slow task. Conquering one city has taken the Carboni clan more than three years. In order to speed up the process, Marcus, Shadow, Alera, Oliver and Lucia must return to Umbra to harvest the planet’s technology for controlling living creatures. Once they have this technology, Marcus estimates that they can take over at least half of Earth within the next three years. The good news is that with the Space Agency and Area 51s help, Marcus has procured the use of a Hyperspace Spacecraft. It’s the latest engine design, and it will cut Marcus’ trip to Umbra back from two years to six months to a year.
