What if you woke up in a life that looked like yours… but wasn’t?

David Caine was a successful businessman who had it all—wealth, stability, and a future built alongside the woman he loved. Then he died.

He wakes up 28 years in the future… to a life that isn’t his.

His success is gone. His world is unfamiliar. And his wife, Miranda—the center of everything—has been erased as if she never existed.

As David struggles to make sense of this fractured reality, fragments of his past begin to surface—along with something far more unsettling: he didn’t come back unchanged.

He now possesses a rare and dangerous ability to influence future events.

But he’s not alone.

Someone is watching. Tracking him. Hunting him.

Pulled into a relentless game he doesn’t understand, David must uncover why he was brought back—and what his ability truly means—before it’s too late. Because the closer he gets to the truth, the more dangerous it becomes.

And buried within this broken timeline lies the one question he can’t escape:

Can a love erased from existence ever be found again?

I enjoy the alternate timeline genre, and this was a nice romp through it. I wanted David and Miranda to end up as they were at the beginning, so was mildly disappointed at the ending. But, this was still a good read!
