It's amazing how fast and well this workout truly works. And it's constantly going through my thoughts throughout the day, so it's like it's getting reinforced- without any extra work.

I got down to this conclusion after I finished this book: “I need professional help.” For a long time, I was in denial that I began to blame it all on the people around me. I no longer have the control on my mind and I broke down. My sister suggested this book to me as she was concerned with I was going through. I felt blessed to hear from Eric Davenport. His insights are sensible and practical.

The insights are sensible.

Getting prepared for the first treatment, according to the author, is a must! I also learned some nice suggestions on how to share it to my family and friends or colleagues since their understanding and support is your emotional strength! And I may never know when I might need the help of this book, so I gave it a listen.

I'm glad I gave it a listen.
