This play is worth the time and emotional energy to listen to. I will ponder this play for a long time to come. The acting is superb and will move you to review your own prejudices.

I really enjoyed the play. I thought it was excellent and well acted. It illustrated the true face of slavery and answered those who would rewrite history with debates that the conditions were not that bad. This play illustrated the horror of ownership of fellow human beings and the slippery slide into evil needed to withold their freedom. Really good.

The sound was quiet but the play was excellent

This is a truly riveting play, unique and constantly surprising. I've never heard anything quite like it, and will be thinking about it for a long time. Be cautious about listening while driving if you're squeamish, however; there are one or two very troubling scenes. The acting is excellent; the older man in particular is astonishingly good. Grade: A+
