This read really made me sit back and think, so many areas of my life that I thought were healed actually weren’t. I had just neatly placed them in a box on a shelf in my heart never to be spoken about again. I didn’t realize how damaging that can be to one’s self & the future. Sitting down and doing the “homework” as it was called really opened up my heart to what my mind thought was done. I never really thought the heart and the mind need to be on the same wave so to speak, but it makes one think about the endless possibilities of if they were on the same wave….. so blessed to have been able to listen to this …..Amy
