Wow! What an incredible story! This is Anderson Frosts debut novel and to say he hit it out of the park is an understatement! The plot, the character evolution, and the imagination in this story was breathtaking! The narration of this book was top tier! I was a little skeptical at first being there are so many characters and only one narrator but I was surprised to hear she had a voice for each and every character. It was absolutely amazing!!

this book is a new well written high fantasy world to explore, rounded out with complex, yet relatable characters who's story archs will leave you waiting anxiously for his next book. The naration was superb, with the voice actor, slipping into and out of the different characters with ease.

I was unsure how this was going to go given the vast amount of characters in the book, Sheri did an absolute brilliant job bringing these characters life in one of my Fave reads of this year!

The first time I read this book was in print, and the whole time I couldn’t stop thinking about what an incredible audiobook it would be. All of that’s to say that I came into this with HIGH expectations… and I was not disappointed! This narrator was PERFECT. And she somehow made allll of the characters feel unique. This was an incredible read, highly recommend

It took me a minute to get use to the characters because you get so many different POV’s but once I did, it was so addicting. The amount of action is absolutely amazing. There is constantly something going on at every turn in the story. It is unlike anything I have read so far, I’m new to fantasy, but I absolutely loved this book and immediately need book 2!
