Am I flying through these books faster than I am changing my depression jammies maybe. But sometimes the heart needs to be swept up by a big strong cowboy. Bishop Bryant you are such a charmer. I relate hard to Lennox and the brat in me enjoyed this so much. I need to find a cowboy who uses his rope stat. Bishop is the top hand on Lennox’s dad’s ranch and there may be a bit of an age gap but when I tell you, the spice makes up for it. Lennox is constantly taunting him, and Bishop usually has smart ass response. 10/10 no notes on to the next!

I read this book and was looking forward to the audio but this female narrator has a terrible man voice. Like why aren’t all audiobooks duets at this point. She is so difficult to listen to when she’s voice male characters

This was a great continuation of the first book Between the Pines. I would say it could be a standalone but I also believe in reading the whole series. Lennox is a spit fire and I love it! Bishop has some trauma but gives it right back to her. Loved it.

This might be an unpopular opinion, but the first one was better. The FMC was not likable AT ALL!!! There’s a fine line between being a brat and been an a** and she was definitely the latter. I honestly didn’t feel the chemistry between the MCs. This would’ve been better as a duet narration with these two narrators because their voices for the opposite sex were awful. I will still finish the series when the last book comes out though.

This first one was better. 🫣
