The other reviewers mention the narrator, but I thought it was fine. I believe a good narrator is one that makes you forget the story is being read and all you see is the story. This is certainly the case with this audible book.

This is my first book narrated by Vanessa Hart. She has a voice very similar to one of my all time favorite narrators, Barbara Rosenblat, only more haunting. I don't remember what the story was about, but I do still hear her voice in my ears.
The story is mediocre, the narrator is FANTASTIC!

The plot and the overall story were very good. Enjoyed hearing how they come to love each other.
Who was your favorite character and why?
Didn't really have a favorite character.
What aspect of Vanessa Hart’s performance would you have changed?
I would change how she reads! What I mean is, she reads well, but seems to make a statement sound like a question, or a question sounds like a statement. Seems to add commas where there should be none then she sounds flat and uncaring when she should be very excited! Really made it hard to listen to the whole story.
Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?
I like how our hero comes to understand that he is in love with his new wife.
Good Story but narrated poorly!
