This is such a unique book. The world building is really well done, the angels and demons concept is familiar yet done slightly differently making it interesting and unique.

I really liked Aviyada, I really connected with her preference for books to people. It's a shame that the unique names don't really come across in the audio, Xzavier is not what I was thinking when listening. Speaking on Xzavier, can I just say yum? There was lots of character development during the book, all the main characters grew and changed.

I don't want to give too much away, but there were some interesting revelations in the book and I really liked how they were done.

Great delivery, good character voices. The tone and pace of the narration worked well and the story and narration combined into a great evenings entertainment.

The description of this book grabbed my attention, and the sample left me wanting more. The idea of the story was interesting., and some of the characters were awesome. Unfortunately, the main character just wasn't likeable. I understand that she was only eighteen, and she did do some growing throughout the book, but I just couldn't really care what happened to her. I didn't think she treated all the people who were willing to give up their lives for her with the respect and appreciation they deserved. Her immaturity went too far, and I found it difficult to believe that she was the best hope for the world. On the other hand, the narration was really good, and I will be likely to pick up more from this narrator.

Absolutely wonderful from chapter 1 and didnt stop until the end! I listened to this in 1 sitting because I couldn't stop. I HAD to know what was next. I loved the storyline, the twists, the world, everything. The 1 thing I did have an issue with at first, was the way the main character would act at times, but reminded myself she was only 18 and it fit.
If you like paranormal, angels, demons, or self discovery type books, this will not disappoint you.

I love paranormal stories, and while I'm just "a bit" ( ;-)) older than the main character, I could identify with her, as I've had a few bad dreams in my day. Nothing like this though! What a crazy idea, but it worked - for me :) I'm very easily entertained LOL, I don't demand a lot from my audiobooks, except when appropriate, but I just let the story take me and if I like it, I like it. I really liked it, I enjoyed both the writing and narration. Great addition to paranormal fantasy books, I really enjoyed it and look forward to more from both author and narrator. Great job!
