Yeah, it could’ve been a wrap after book 2. Nothing really happened. I felt like they could’ve wrapped up this entire book in a chapter at the end of book 2. They also kinda threw in random details that really didn’t need to be in there and never really get wrapped up either. It’s a duet, not a trilogy.
