Bear in mind I think re-visiting the first story might have been a good idea before listening to this one. But enough details were remembered from the 1st novel to have a good grasp on characters & events in this novel (book one was last listened to months ago). This story is a good follow up to the last one and in fact I think this one was packed with more content with a still an eager to listen to the next chapter way. It after awhile had me thinking about serialized stories. In book form I have no doubt I would classify this as a page turner since it always felt intriguing what was going on at any given moment. The continued combo between mystery & western like the last story, it has me looking forward to what comes next for these characters.
