Witty, hilarious tales of party-hopping through celebrity events in L.A. If you have ever lived in L.A. and especially if your career was catering to the self-important, do not deny yourself the pleasure of listening to this book. This is one of the funniest books I ever read, and I have read quite a few books by comedians. Great narration, master storytelling.

Great inside view of the Hollywood party scene. Maher is intelligent and funny, with a soul too. A friend told me this was a hidden gem so I bought it. She was right.

Mr Maher's writing is impeccable, and his performance/reading is mesmerizing. His command of the English language is incredible. I did not want this book to end! I'm eager to read / listen to more of his works.
