This book was published right when I was looking to take my intentional healing journey to the next step. The ease of which Maya broke down the science and execution of visualization needs to be studied. She masterfully designed this and helped me to do something that had been difficult up until this point. Kudos and thanks so much!

I love this book so much I'm listening to it again (and probably again after that)! Maya does a thorough job of explaining how visualization supports personal growth with humor and personal stories that are moving. I have been practicing the visualizations she provides in the book and have already in the past week experienced valuable results. Thank you for this great tool!

One of the best personal development tools!

I am a personal development junkie with little results. I consume but fail to act even when I know I should. Maya has written this in a way EVERYBODY can comprehend. This needs to be read and taught in grade school on up! Parents devour this information and instill it into your kids. Imagine, or visualize a world where we ALL pivot 1% WHOA!!!! Chapter on discipline is my favorite. I grew up without it, and I am renewing my mind and future. You have a 55yr old fan that welcomes your approach to visualization ~ THANKS MAYA 😊

The author’s personal story is touching and inspiring. But if you’re somewhat familiar with visualization, there’s really nothing here to learn. It’s an extremely run of the mill self help book with pretty base information. Also the writing is subpar, which is frequently seen in self help books - they may be experts in their domain, but they are simply not good writers.

Extremely basic self help book
