Aliens are among us, but who will stop the invasion?

Special Agent Waylen Brooks is charged with doing the impossible: preventing an alien incursion, without alerting the general population. Will his past finally catch up with him before he can succeed?

Rory Swanson wants to forget the shadow following her, but every time she ignores it someone dies.

Silas Gunn is the Key. With no other option, he must travel to Planet D to visit the field of shadows. Little does he know what he seeks is also seeking him.

A lifetime of deception will need to be reckoned with in order to survive what's coming.

Warmth of the Sun concludes the epic science fiction thriller that started with Echoes From the Moon, by Nathan Hystad, the author of Lost Contact, The Other Place, and Below Us.

This is the third book of this series and it wraps up the trilogy with more action than ever before. New factions and connections are unveiled, and the invasion is launched. Waylon gains a brother, and the clones realize that they are. Rory becomes even more adept with the shadows.

Last book here seemed rushed. Not performed as well. Really all over the place and confusing. Sad to get invested only to have it end like this.

Didn't stick the landing

Series was very enjoyable. Unique story line with well developed characters. Narration was also terrific. Highly recommended.

I've read the first two books in this series and it just barely kept my interest enough to continue. This third book is the least good of the series. It just was not interesting. Too much time was spent just standing around and talking. Some of the ongoing characters were more interesting in the early books but have lost their interest by this book. Events were confusing. For example, it was not clear what was occurring during the "grand finale."

This seems like the end of the series, which is good. I will probably skip other books by this other.
