overall interesting, the narrator takes loud consistent breaths but I got over that - there are some very interesting sections, especially around WWI era watches. However, to spend a segment on the 80s and 90s and have no mention of Casio is bonkers! The f91w is the best selling and most ubiquitous watch of all time, no mention at all. The introduction of G shock redefined durable watches, no mention at all. unreal.

overall engaging, but absolutely absurd to have no mention of Casio.

At one hour almost zero information was delivered. This was more akin to a fifth grader’s handwritten report than an actual history of watches. I was hoping for an in depth dive into the background and shaping of the watch world not a bullet point timeline of a few pivotal moments.

Far too brief.
