I have thoroughly enjoyed Ms Ackerman’s books, and have learned a lot… HOWEVER… her delivery is subdued, and a bit sonorous. There is no life in her voice; I found myself falling asleep repeatedly… which I did not want to do. I had the same problem with her other book… at present, I can’t remember the name (it’s 0500 and I’m sleepy ) The information given is interesting, indeed fascinating… but please, Ms Ackerman, put some LIFE in your narration!!
