This book was obviously not made for me but I think it’s great for males to inform themselves on women’s health. I actually would have loved to see a section of this book to say how it’s important for men to know this to better support women. Regardless, I somewhat enjoyed this book. The only part that really bothered me was some inconsistencies in the diet advise. For example, the hazards of saturated fats from animal products, but then recommending eggs (with the yoke), salmon, and poultry. Animal products are obvious risk factors for general health as well as creating hormone imbalances and cancer. Other than that I would recommend this book to all people.

Hormonal imbalance is no joke. This is a great applicable read. Even if some or this book doesn't apply to you directly it has some amazing information that can help someone you love.
