This book really spent a lot of time detailing the spread and breadth of the wildfire with multiple conversations repeating known details. it was kind of a slog and had very minimal character development. The big reveal felt more like an afterthought.

While the ending was good it took a long time to get there. Too much of the same about the friend group and same information. Would like more mystery.
