Great concise information about Shri Lahiri Mahasaya. Appendix B has vital information about the Kriya process that is not in the printed book. I really wanted to have a printed copy of this information so I bought the book. Unfortunately, the book did not have appendix B in it. I ended up re-listening to the audiobook and writing out by hand the information in appendix B so I could keep it.

This was a great follow up book to what I first learned about this great teacher in the book Autobiography of a Yogi. I like that it expands more detail on the practice of Kriya Yoga which is what I was hoping for.
