Good program, I was able to get mine to work on my iPod Nano. Before you download it, make sure to go through "My Account" and select the device you have (i.e. Apple iPod Nano). If you do that, should work fine! (note: saw some reviews on iTunes indicating problems using Nano or other portable devices, perhaps this is an iTunes issue vs. audible. com)

Heads up: The walks are not tracked or cued in the audio. You have to hunt and peck to find the beginning of each walk. Not fun.

This is a great book for getting fit, and these guys do it so well. I am feeling better, I am in the best shape I've ever been in its great.

I loved YOU on a Diet and thought that YOU on a Walk would be similar. It was not. I found it to be basically music to walk by with some inspirational snippets from the doctor, but having used Jane Fonda and other motivational walking tapes and CDs in the past, I found on this download some of the worst walking music I have heard. I admit I did not listen for long, because in skipping forward I just encountered more horrible music--music I would never take on a walk!

A Poor Excuse for Motivational Walking Music

I had originally borrowed this title from the Duluth Public Library. I'm glad I found my own copy on Audibble. Here's a tip for those who may just want the music. Go to chapter 3 and place a clip and bookmark there. Also, go to chapter 6 and do likewise. Hope this helps.
