A Christmas crime shocks the merchants of a quaint shopping district in this latest installment of the New York Times best-selling Victoria Square series.

It's Christmastime, but not everyone is jolly - especially not Vonne Barnett. Her dead body has been found in Victoria Square. Katie Bonner, the manager of Artisan's Alley, happens to be at the tea shop Vonne's mother, Francine, owns when the news is delivered.

Vonne left a trail of men behind her so the suspects are many - but the clues are few. A broken teacup leads Katie to one of the suspects, but before she can investigate, she's attacked. Katie may be closing in on a murderer, but time is ticking because the murderer is definitely closing in on her.

This one was my favorite by far. The plot was so well thought out that I didn't have a clue who the murderer was. The relationship between Katie & her former mother-in-law was touching. I'm excited to see what new adventures brew with Tealicious.

Delicious

I really enjoyed Yule Be Dead. The plot is well developed and the characters are engaging and believable. There are several different subplots along with the main murder mystery. The story has several twists and turns and kept me interested to the very end.

Death at the holidays

Again---Katie Bonner, finds herself in the middle of it all. A visitor, from the past, stirs up old feelings. A unexpected death to be solved. A new business opportunity falls into Katie's hands. And the best thing is that this all takes us to a new plateau on the journey in this series.

I hope book 6 does not take two years---we need more.

I originally had a hard time getting into the first book, but each book has gotten better and better. Can’t wait for more books in this series. Was on the edge of my seat figuring out who Katie was going to end up with, but I guess we will see. I was very surprised at the culprit in the murder and one of the first times I really did not know who it was until the very end. I usually have some inkling, so this book definitely held me fast in anticipation.

The best yet in this series!
