  • Ashley Hlebinsky - Historical firearms and collecting

    In this episode, we discuss considerations in how to start firearms collecting with Ashley Hlebinsky and our longtime friend, Tim.

    Ashley was the curator for the last decade and remains as Curator Emerita and Senior Firearms Scholar at the Cody Firearms Museum. Ashley has also worked at the Smithsonian's National Museum of American History and Buffalo Bill Center.

    Ashley is also a media personality co-hosting the Discovery Channel show "Master of Arms" and appears as a recurring guest on The Outdoor Channel show "Gun Stories" with Joe Mantegna.

    Tim is a lifetime student who has been shooting for over 10 years, competes in IDPA, USPSA, Steel Challenge and other shooting sports, and is an multi-discipline instructor who enjoys introducing new shooters to the range.
