    Dr Suzi Skinner (PhD) is a published author, researcher, international leadership advisor and Managing Director of Roar People - a global leadership consultancy. Suzi works with individuals and teams internationally to accelerate change toward more inclusive leadership practices and build cultures of leadership at every level.

    For over 24 years, Suzi has coached, mentored and advised leaders and leadership teams in a range of leading organisations worldwide, including Cisco, Expedia, Microsoft, Kimberly Clark, Ernst & Young, BUPA, Lloyds International, AbbVie, Pepsico and many more. She is a pioneer of evidence-based executive coaching globally and is one of a small number of executive coaches who is triple-certified as a Master Certified Coach (MCC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), the European Mentor and Coaching Council (EMCC) and the Association for Coaching (AC). Suzi is also a Master Certified EMCC Global Team Coach and a EMCC Global coach/mentor supervisor.

    Suzi’s doctoral research on leader self-efficacy was presented at the Global Academy of Management (AOM) Conference. This groundbreaking research forms the basis of her Positive, Adaptive Leader Mindset (PALM) programs, which enable senior teams to apply Reflective Positivity techniques to accelerate their team and organisational success. Suzi is also a Harnisch Scholar. Her original research on leader identity was awarded first prize at the Institute of Coaching, Harvard McLean Annual Conference. Suzi’s earliest book Build Your Leader Identity – A Practical Guide to Leading Authentically from Any Position has sold thousands of copies worldwide. Her innovative programs titled “What’s Your Leader Identity?” continue to be conducted around the world, successfully enabling organisations to build cultures of leadership at every level. Her latest co-authored book, The Wise Leader published by Routledge in August 2023 represents a culmination of her leader self-efficacy and leader identity research and practice. Suzi is currently in the process of writing The Wise Leader Field Guide (to be published by Routledge in 2026). The aim of this field guide is to support leaders and teams to access practical tools and techniques to enhance their wiser leadership, decision making and reflective practices.

    Suzi was awarded the Outstanding Women Leaders Award by the World Women Leadership Congress (WWLC) for her work in providing leadership development programs for women in India and internationally. She is a guest speaker at Harvard’s Institute of Coaching; Academy of Management (AOM), Positive Organizational Scholarship (POS); International Leadership Association (ILA); Sydney University; Sydney Business School; International HR Directors Forum; YWCA; American Chamber of Commerce; Finance Executive Women; W.I.N International; and many multinational organisations.

    Prof. Reinhard Stelter is an accredited Coaching Psychologist, Professor Emeritus, and Visiting Professor at Copenhagen Business School.
