Spurs have confirmed the appointment of Roberto De Zerbi on a long-term contract, replacing Igor Tudor after his disastrous 44-day spell in charge. The former Marseille boss had been out of work since February ESPN and has agreed a five-year deal with no relegation release clause Sky Sports -- which tells you something about either his confidence or his negotiating position. Spurs are currently one point above the bottom three ESPN with seven games left to play. A first top-flight relegation since 1977 is a real possibility. Sky Sports De Zerbi's first game in charge is away at Sunderland on April 12 ESPN.
