This was first given to me by a Chef at Mother’s Group, back in 2006. I have made this countless times for family and friends and is one many have asked me for the recipe of. If you like prawns, you will LOVE this recipe, and if you are making it as a main for guests, don’t forget a smatter of fresh lemon zest and a scatter of continental parsley.
