17-year-old Tyler Hadley desperately wanted to throw a party in his parents’ house, so on Saturday, July 16, 2011, he ate three hits of ecstasy and bludgeoned his mom and dad to death with the claw end of a 22-inch framing hammer, then posted on Facebook he was having a party.
While his parents’ corpses rotted in their locked bedroom, over a hundred teenagers showed up at his house, raging the night away, somehow oblivious to the blood splatter, bone fragments and brain matter on the walls, and the scent of death, as they played music on the family’s gore-drenched computer and beer pong with a blood-soaked ball.
