Hello, Dreamer! I'm Larissa and I am a real person, not AI. I know how it feels to be exhausted but unable to sleep because of anxiety. I wrote and recorded these stories to give my listeners something calm to think about. When our brains are engaged with a soothing story, it is easier to relax and fall asleep. I also wanted to remind us, myself included, of the beautiful and good things in life. Almost all of these stories are inspired by my own memories. I tend to write them from a young person's perspective, usually a young teen, as I have so many stories from that period of my life. They are safe for all ages, so you can share them with anyone you like. I have been told that the pace of my episodes makes them useful to those who are learning English. I'm glad they are helpful in any way! I hope and pray that these tales will bring you joy and peace, and thus a healthier, happier life! Good evening, Dreamer! Thank you for finding Larissa's Moonlit Tales! Tonight's episode is a soothing tale about finding the perfect scene to paint in the local Botanical Gardens. You'll hear about a comical sculpture installation, a rose beauty competition, and the view from the top of the hill. Most of my listeners use my tales to help them find relaxation and deep sleep. All you need to do is listen and you should soon find yourself drifting off. The more you listen, the easier that should become. If you wake up in the middle of the night, just turn a tale back on. I know that some of you are joining me tonight to learn English and I am so happy that you find these stories helpful. These tales are safe for all ages and recorded at a pace that should make learning easy. They are also repeated and transcripted, at least on most podcast platforms. Thanks to Matt Bowers, for creating my website, larissasmoonlittales.com, where you can find a sure way to reach me with any comments and suggestions. Thanks also to Mark Pottinger for his help with tech. Finally, there is now AI here. These stories come straight from my memories or my imagination and are recorded with my soothing ASMR voice. Now, Dreamer! It's time. Here we go...

    Love always,

    Apr 15 2026

Good Evening, Dreamer! In tonight's episode you'll hear about doing something good for our feathered friends, participating in a clean up of a local wetlands conservancy. This particular story is inspired by the time I have spent at the Bolsa Chica Wetlands in Huntington Beach, California. If you like it, I hope you'll visit your own local bird watching site. I have designed these stories to be very soothing and they're are safe for all ages, so feel free to share them with anyone you like. The more you listen to these tails, the more your brain should begin to associate the sound of my voice with sleep. Because the pace is slow, they are also helpful to those who are learning English, and there is a transcription available on most podcast platforms. I'd like to thank Matt Bowers for my website, where you can find a sure way to reach me with any comments and suggestions. Thanks also to Mark Pottinger, for his help with tech. Now, time to get comfy. Goodnight, Dreamer!

    Love always,
