With just a few days to go before the season opener, David and Dan discuss the end of the World Baseball Classic, the 2026 rule changes and the final shuffling of the Minnesota Twins roster. Dan thinks the WBC should be moved to an extended All-Star Break; David thinks the rule changes mostly make sense. The World Baseball Classic is heading into the quarterfinals after a round of pool play that was memorable for many reasons, including the "misspeak" by Team USA manager Mark DeRosa. David and Dan do the math themselves and discuss whether they are rooting for the juggernaut or the underdog the rest of the way.
