  • Episode 12 | The Power in the Pause: Redefining Patience & Trusting Time
    Apr 6 2026

    Welcome back!

In this episode of Mental Mom3nts, we’re talking about patience and what it really means to trust the process when life feels uncertain and you’re ready to give up.

Patience is often misunderstood. Many people think patience simply means waiting for something to happen. But true patience is much more active than that.

Patience is the willingness to continue nurturing your life while allowing space for things to develop in their proper time.

In this conversation, I reflect on how impatience has shown up in my own life when pursuing big dreams and ideas. For a long time, if something could not produce quick results or immediate success, I struggled to commit to the process long enough to see what it could become.

Over time I realized that impatience was less about laziness and more about control.

Waiting for results without knowing the outcome can feel uncomfortable. But growth often requires faith, consistency, and trust in timing.

Patience does not mean doing nothing. It means continuing to nurture your life while allowing time for the results to unfold.

Sometimes the pause is not a delay. It is part of the preparation.

    In This Episode, We Explore

✨ Why patience often feels like a loss of control
✨ How impatience can hold us back from long term success
✨ Why patience is an active process, not passive waiting
✨ The role trust plays in personal growth
✨ How allowing time helps the right outcomes develop

    Key Takeaway

“Patience isn’t doing nothing. It’s trusting the process while continuing to nurture your life.”

    This Week’s Mental Mom3nt

Think about something in your life that currently requires patience.

Instead of focusing only on the outcome, ask yourself:

What can I continue nurturing while I wait for things to unfold?

Sometimes the most meaningful growth happens during the waiting season.

    Why This Episode Matters

We live in a world that prioritizes speed and immediate results. But some of the most meaningful goals and dreams require time, consistency, and patience.

Learning to trust the process allows you to pursue your dreams without becoming discouraged by the timeline.

Your journey does not have to happen overnight.

  • Episode 11 | Soft Life, Strong Boundaries: Dating Without Losing Yourself
    Mar 30 2026

    Welcome back!

In this episode of Mental Mom3nts, we’re talking about how to navigate dating with intention, strong boundaries, and self awareness so you can build healthy relationships without losing yourself.

Dating can feel overwhelming, especially when you’re returning to it after stepping away for a while. Many people enter the dating world hoping to find something meaningful, only to feel discouraged by how complicated modern dating can feel.

But healthy dating begins with clarity.

In this conversation, I share my personal experience navigating dating after leaving a toxic relationship and learning how to approach relationships differently.

One of the biggest lessons I learned was the importance of setting clear intentions before entering the dating space. When you know what you truly want, it becomes easier to recognize who aligns with your values and who doesn’t.

Dating is not just about evaluating the other person. It also requires accountability for what you bring to the connection — your energy, communication, patience, and emotional maturity.

Healthy relationships are built through mutual effort, communication, and respect for boundaries.

You can pursue love and companionship while still protecting your peace and maintaining your identity.

    In This Episode, We Explore

✨ Why setting intentions is essential before dating
✨ How to re-enter the dating world after unhealthy relationships
✨ The importance of self accountability in relationships
✨ Why communication and patience strengthen connections
✨ How to maintain strong boundaries while dating

    Key Takeaway

“You can pursue love without sacrificing your boundaries or losing yourself.”

    This Week’s Mental Mom3nt

If you are dating or considering dating again, take a moment to reflect on your intentions.

    Ask yourself:

What do I truly want from a relationship?

When you understand your intentions, it becomes easier to recognize connections that align with your values and long term goals.

    Why This Episode Matters

Many people approach dating hoping to quickly find the right person. But meaningful relationships take time to grow and develop.

When you lead with intention, patience, and self awareness, dating becomes less about chasing validation and more about discovering alignment.

Healthy relationships are built when both people are willing to communicate, respect boundaries, and grow together.

  • Episode 10 | The Friendship Formula: Be Your Own Best Friend & Attract Real Ones
    Mar 23 2026

    Welcome back!

In this episode of Mental Mom3nts, we’re talking about how to build healthy adult friendships and why the foundation of meaningful friendships begins with becoming your own best friend first.

Making friends as a kid often feels simple. It’s about who is kind, who is fun to be around, and who wants to play outside. But as we grow older and begin navigating identity, responsibilities, personal growth, and life transitions, friendships can start to feel more complicated.

Adult friendships require intentional effort, communication, and emotional maturity.

In this conversation, we explore what it really takes to create friendships that are supportive, genuine, and healthy. Many friendships are formed through trauma bonding, people pleasing, or shared habits that don’t always support our growth. Healthy friendships, however, are built on mutual care, communication, and respect.

When you focus on being a good friend to yourself first, you bring healthier energy, clearer expectations, and stronger boundaries into your relationships.

Adult friendships don’t have to be complicated. When you lead with self awareness, communication, and grace, the right friendships naturally find their place in your life.

Your friendships should feel like support, not survival.

    In This Episode, We Explore

✨ Why becoming your own best friend improves your relationships
✨ The difference between trauma bonds and healthy friendships
✨ How communication strengthens adult friendships
✨ Why honest but considerate conversations matter
✨ How allowing people to support you in their own way builds stronger connections

    Key Takeaway

“Healthy friendships begin when you learn how to be a good friend to yourself first.”

    This Week’s Mental Mom3nt

Take a moment to reflect on your friendships.

    Ask yourself:

Am I showing up as the type of friend I would want to have?

Consider how you communicate, check in, and support the people around you. Healthy friendships grow through consistent care, honest conversations, and mutual respect.

    Why This Episode Matters

Many adults struggle to form or maintain friendships as life becomes busier and priorities shift. But strong friendships are one of the most powerful support systems we can build.

When friendships are rooted in communication, grace, and genuine care, they become spaces where both people can grow and feel supported.

You deserve friendships where the love is mutual and the connection is real.
