  • I Thought Something Was Wrong With Me… It Was Perimenopause | Episode 170
    Apr 1 2026

In this episode, I’m sharing my personal experience navigating perimenopause and the things I wish someone had told me sooner.

If you’ve been feeling more tired than usual, struggling with sleep, noticing changes in your mood, or wondering why your workouts are not working the way they used to, this conversation is for you.

We’re talking about what perimenopause actually is, the symptoms that often get overlooked, and how hormonal changes impact everything from your energy and metabolism to your relationships and confidence.

I also open up about my perspective on hormone replacement therapy, how I’ve adjusted my approach to fitness and recovery, and why this phase of life requires a different kind of support, not more pressure.

We’ll also touch on an important but often overlooked reality: Black women often experience perimenopause differently, with more intense symptoms and less access to supportive care, and why advocacy and education matter now more than ever.

If you’ve ever asked yourself, “What is happening to me?” I want this episode to remind you that you’re not broken. Your body is changing, and with the right support, you can move through this phase feeling strong, informed, and empowered.

  • Building a Business That Aligns With Your Life [MBB Series Part 3] Episode 169
    Mar 25 2026

In Part 3 of my Mind, Body, Business series, I share how I’ve approached building a business in a way that aligns with my life, my values, and my long term vision.

From starting my business while working a full time job to learning discipline, managing inconsistent income, and creating multiple streams of revenue, this journey has required both strategy and self awareness.

In this episode, I talk about embracing seasons of imbalance, developing structure without external accountability, and why financial planning and boundaries are essential as an entrepreneur.

I also share how prioritizing my health, continuing to learn, and surrounding myself with the right people has helped me grow both personally and professionally.

This is not about chasing money or hustle for the sake of it. It is about building something sustainable, aligned, and supportive of the life you actually want to live.

  • Caring For The Body That Carries the Vision [MBB Series Part 2] Episode 168
    Mar 18 2026

In Part 2 of my Mind, Body, Business series, I focus on the role our bodies play in helping us live, lead, and pursue the things that matter most.

Mindset is powerful, but our bodies are the vehicle that carry our vision. When we care for them intentionally, we create the energy, strength, and resilience needed to show up fully in our lives and our work.

In this episode, I share the philosophy that shapes my approach to fitness and nutrition: my race, my pace. Instead of chasing perfection or comparing myself to others, I focus on sustainable habits that support my body through different seasons of life.

I talk about how I learned to define what “enough” means for me when it comes to weight, exercise, and nutrition, and why clarity around those boundaries has helped me stay consistent.

I also share how daily habits like movement, sleep, hydration, and mindful nutrition support my overall wellness, along with the importance of prevention, self awareness, and creating an environment that makes healthy choices easier.

Most importantly, I discuss the role of grace in the wellness journey. When something doesn’t go as planned, I choose to reflect, adjust, and move forward instead of being hard on myself.

Caring for the body is not about perfection. It is about building sustainable habits that allow us to live well today while also supporting the life we want to live decades from now.
