• Posting Is Not a Strategy
    Apr 5 2026

    Hi beautiful Music Family,

First of all, thank you for being here. And I want to say sorry that I was gone for a moment. I had to take a step back and deal with some things, but I am really happy to be back and to continue these conversations with you.

In this episode, we are talking about something many artists are experiencing. You are posting, staying consistent, trying different things, but nothing is really moving. After a while, you start questioning yourself instead of questioning your approach.

Posting alone is not a strategy.

I talk about why consistency without direction can keep you stuck, what is actually missing, and how you can start creating content with more intention, structure, and real connection.

You are not failing. You are just missing structure, and that is something you can build step by step.

So next time before you post, ask yourself what this content is doing for you and for the people watching.

Thank you for the ongoing support and the conversations we are building together. You can find all my links in the show notes, including my platforms where we can connect further:

  • AI MUSIC
    Jan 10 2026

What happens to music culture when songs are created by AI?

This episode is not about hating AI. AI is a tool. This is about transparency, identity, culture, and human connection in music.

I recently came across an AI-created song with hundreds of thousands of views. The comments were emotional. People asked when they could see the artist live. They wanted to meet a person who doesn’t exist. And that made me pause.

We grew up with artists we could see on stage, hear live, feel in real moments.Their journey mattered. Their growth mattered. Their imperfections mattered.

So I’m asking without judging:• Do we still care who is behind the music?• Does it matter if a human sang it?• Or are we moving into a time where emotion is enough, no matter how it was created?

In this episode, I talk about:• How music culture worked then vs today• AI-created songs and emotional attachment• Transparency and fairness for listeners• What this means for real artists• Award shows, talent shows & live performance in an AI era• Why interviews, live shows and real presence still matter• How real artists can stand out, sell directly, and build real communities• Why culture, identity and lived experience cannot be replaced by prompts

This is also a message to real artists:You are not invisible.Your work, discipline, sacrifices and truth matter.

You don’t need to be louder everywhere. You need to be clearer where it matters.

Music is more than data. It’s lived experience.

Thank you so much for listening and im happy to hear from you.

    Much love

  • Women in the Music Industry - How to Protect Yourself
    Jan 8 2026

Because protecting yourself is not being difficult. It’s being professional.

I remember 2017.I was deeply involved in the music and creative industry creating visuals, filming concerts, traveling from city to city, studying full-time, and giving everything I had to the work I loved.

From the outside, it looked like a dream.
Behind the scenes, there were moments of exhaustion, pressure, unfairness, and disrespect that I didn’t fully recognize at the time.

In this episode of Music and Everything in Between with Sunny, I talk honestly about my journey and why it’s so important for women in the music and entertainment industry to protect themselves: emotionally, professionally, and legally.

This podcast is not about attacking men.
It’s about awareness, boundaries, respect, and building a healthier industry where creativity, professionalism, and teamwork come first.

In this episode, we talk about:

    • Protecting yourself in meetings
    • Why contracts are non-negotiable
    • Setting boundaries without guilt
    • Handling budget constraints wisely
    • Mental health, pressure, and microaggressions
    • How to say NO and stay professional

    This episode is for:

    • Women in music, film, and creative industries
    • Artists, managers, promoters, and creatives
    • Anyone who wants a more respectful and conscious entertainment industry

  • In between the Years
    Dec 28 2025

This episode is a quiet reflection on a year that felt heavy, slow, and emotionally exhausting for many of us.

Lately, almost everyone I speak to says the same thing about 2025:
It wasn’t loud or dramatic, it was quietly draining.

In this episode, I open up about loss, grief, and the version of ourselves we sometimes miss after life shifts. About continuing to function while internally adjusting to changes no one else can see. About creativity, connection, and why simply showing up, even in small ways can be enough.

    We talk about:

    • Grieving people, moments, and former versions of yourself
    • Feeling disconnected while still “doing everything right”
    • Letting go of people who drifted away without conflict
    • Hope, pressure, and unmet timelines
    • Rest, resilience, and redefining strength
    • Protecting your energy and listening to your body
    • Measuring success beyond achievements

This episode is not about having answers.
It’s about honesty, softness, and trusting that even when progress is invisible, growth is still happening.

If you’re feeling tired, behind, or unsure: This space is for you.
You’re not broken. You’re in process.

    Be gentle with yourself!
    It’s already in you!

    You’ve got this!

    Much love
