Deion Sanders and the Colorado Buffaloes took a chance and brought in one of the best athletes in college football in Tennessee transfer Boo Carter. The former blue-chip recruit was shown the door in Knoxville despite being an All-SEC player, but had some off-the-field issues. Now that he is in Boulder, host Kevin Borba thinks that Colorado can unlock him in a way that Tennessee maybe wasn't able to. Borba dives into how Carter's versatility and Prime's vision for him may keep everyone happy.
