Listening to these two friends talk sparks so much joy and happiness. Which I don't like because when I run I use anger and spite to fuel my record setting pace. It's hard to have someone as your nemesis when they make you smile and laugh while sharing interesting stories. Steer clear of this podcast if you want to win your next 5k ultra.
