Sunday was First Contact Day - the day in Star Trek Lore that humans first met Vulcans, April 5, 2063. Angela Basset did the thing but Amanda Luxon assumes the thing is you have no critical thinking skills and can’t think for yourself. Which the campaign from her Husband’s Party this year seems to back up that belief in their approach to straight up misleading and bullshitting people and hoping for no push back.

The coalition are patting themselves on the back about benefit increases this week taking credit for Super increases legislated in 2001, claiming the increases are enough to cover fuel increases and inflation so they don’t need help - but the data and realty are a far more grim picture.
