  • Why You Feel Spiritually Stuck (And How to Fix It)
    Apr 2 2026

    Send us Fan Mail

Feeling spiritually stuck… or distant from God?
What if the reason isn’t what you think?

In this first short episode of my Draw Closer to God series, I’m sharing something the Lord has really been putting on my heart.
Sometimes the thing blocking our connection with God isn’t spiritual at all… it’s something in our everyday life that’s simply out of order.

Sometimes we think getting closer to God means doing more like praying more, going to church more, trying harder…
and those things are good, but sometimes it’s not about doing more.
It’s about removing what’s in the way.

So many people are searching for how to get closer to God, how to hear Him more clearly, or why they feel disconnected…
but what if the answer starts with something practical?

In Bible 1 Timothy 3:5, it says:
“If anyone does not know how to manage his own household, how can he take care of God’s church?”

This points to a deeper principle:
✨ what’s closest to us matters first
✨ order creates space for overflow
✨ small shifts can lead to real spiritual growth

In this episode, we talk about:

Why you may feel spiritually stuck
How getting your life in order impacts your relationship with God
Simple, practical shifts to help you reconnect
How to invite God into your everyday life, not just a moment

🎧 This is Episode 1 of my Draw Closer to God series - short teachings on what may be blocking your connection with God and how to move forward with clarity and peace.
