• Ep. 103 - Scrap recap - Retarget Nurd
    Apr 8 2026

Righto legends, strap in — this week’s ep is an absolute mixed bag of chaos, controversy, and a few proper scraps worth yarning about.

We kick things off with a full breakdown of Moicano vs Duncan. Was it a sneaky banger or just another forgettable Fight Night card? We chat through the finishes, the wild moments, and whether any of these fights are worth chucking into KO, sub, or even Fight of the Year conversations. Plus yeah… that dodgy illegal kick — you already know we’ve got opinions. And of course, Moicano absolutely letting rip in the presser, not holding back on what was, let’s be honest, a pretty average card.

Then we roll into a preview of UFC 327 — running through the fights, chucking together a cheeky multi, some head-to-head picks, and the ever-dangerous Piestrong Punt. Gamble responsibly… or don’t, we’re not your dad.

We also get stuck into some bigger talking points in the fight game right now. Fighters going in busted — how cooked are they really? Merab rocking a freshly smashed nose, Josh Van pulling out of a title fight… makes you wonder how much of this stuff we don’t see.

Fight announcements are heating up too, especially with Perth on the horizon. Jack Jenkins getting a run, a few spicy rumours floating around, and the card slowly starting to take shape.

Then it’s onto the circus — because let’s face it, MMA outside the cage is just as cooked. Arman running his mouth (again), Jon Jones doing Jon Jones things, Bud Crawford already back, and Tim Tszyu getting the win but wearing some serious damage. Jiri’s out here saying breathing’s a privilege — bloke might actually mean it — and there’s whispers about who’s training with who behind the scenes.

We also touch on Strickland stirring the pot with some ridiculous bets, Dana apparently stepping back from negotiations (yeah right), and a few names starting to pop up that you might wanna keep an eye on.

Bit of everything this week — fights, drama, rumours, and a fair bit of nonsense. Just how we like it.

    Let’s go.

  • Ep. 97 - Ronda Rousey ís the new salt BAE
    Mar 19 2026

Big episode this week as we break down everything from UFC Emmett vs Vallejo. Plenty to get through with some heavy KOs, slick subs and a few proper brawls that could end up in the fight of the year conversation. We also go over the main takeaways from the post fight presser.

We then look ahead to Evloev vs Murphy. We run through the card, give our locks and talk about why the main event feels pretty straightforward on paper. UFC London is shaping up nicely too with seven undefeated fighters on the card so there is a lot of young talent to keep an eye on.

On the bigger topics this week
MVP making moves in MMA, Ronda Rousey having a crack at Hunter, and some interesting fights getting added with Diaz vs Perry and Steveson vs JDS. We also ask the question, should the UFC actually be worried?

We also get into the whole influencer crossover with fighters. The Paul brothers, Deen The Great and where it all fits in the sport.

Then there is more footage from that Russian TUF style show. DC nearly walking away from Team Alpha Male and honestly we are still trying to work out what is going on with it.

We round things out with fight announcements including Dariush vs Salkilled, plus all the latest news. Harry Hardwick dealing with a rough injury, the talk around that White House card, Alex Pereira locking in an eight fight deal, Jake Paul teasing another fight, and Anderson Silva saying he is close to signing on for a belt fight.

Plenty going on this week so settle in.
