Planet Phoenix is a personal growth and healing podcast exploring transformation, mental health, consciousness, and what it means to rise from adversity and begin again. • The Journey to Purpose | Ep. 31
    Apr 3 2026

In this episode of Planet Phoenix, I share my recent reflections on life’s purpose and how I’ve come to understand the connection between lack of motivation and the feeling of not yet having found my true purpose. Over time, I’ve realized that this absence of clarity often manifests as emotional struggle — a feeling of disconnection and frustration.

I also discuss how Guilt, Shame, and Anger surfaced during this period. These emotions have been persistent companions, and instead of resisting them, I allowed myself to sit with them, reflect on their deeper meanings, and understand their role in my self-discovery.

What surprised me, however, was the sense of relief and inner peace that followed. As I leaned into these emotions and processed them, I felt an alleviation that allowed me to rest in peace, even as I continue navigating this journey of finding purpose.

I hope this episode resonates with anyone who feels disconnected from their purpose or struggles with negative emotions along the way.

  • Ep. 30 | Releasing the Defense Against Love
    Mar 26 2026

In this episode of Planet Phoenix, I reflect on a recent experience of inner freedom and openness.

While sitting on a park bench overlooking the Ohio River in Evansville, Indiana, I found myself resting in a rare state of ease—free from the usual weight of thought, inner pressure, and emotional burden. That simple moment of presence opened something deeper within me.

I also share a recent meditation experience in which I came to understand that I can release the unconscious defense system within myself that has been preventing me from freely receiving unconditional love.

This is a conversation about presence, letting go, inner safety, and what becomes possible when we stop defending against the very love we long to receive.

  • Ep. 29 | The Vast of Night, UFO Disclosure & the Openness of Contact
    Mar 18 2026

In this episode of Planet Phoenix, I reflect on The Vast of Night and explore what the film reveals about UFO disclosure, contact, distraction, and the openness of the human heart.

Rather than approaching extraterrestrial contact through fear, control, or sensationalism, I wanted to look at it from a more grounded and spiritual perspective. For me, true contact feels less connected to force or proof and more connected to awareness, humility, receptivity, and the willingness to see beyond the noise of everyday life.

In this episode, I share my thoughts on disclosure fatigue, the role of dreamers and explorers, the “I told you so” factor in spiritual and disclosure communities, and why openness may matter more than force when it comes to encountering the unknown.

This is a reflective conversation on The Vast of Night, UFO disclosure, consciousness, and the deeper inner posture that may invite meaningful contact.
