  • "The Bear" Impact
    Sep 18 2024
This is a reflection from watching "The Bear", Season 3 Episode 2, titled "Next". The cold opening depicted varied hospitality and public service sectors. It was an impressive demonstration of the joy and pride of service. As the initial scene ended, I recorded this unedited voice memo. Please listen with your heart. Enjoy! #hospitality #respect #TheBear #food

In this episode, I expand on what resonated with me from this article, "a note from jo - space to see possibilty" Acceptance of the idea of possibility leads way to hope. Enjoy! Hi, there's a BMW commercial that echoes: "There is only one you, others can only imitate." The Bible declares that jealousy is cruel as the grave. Please listen and contemplate. *FYI.. I celebrate Mother's Day (you'll understand). This episode evolved from my meditation on March 1st. The audio is unedited, and my voice is low in the beginning. It gets better, I promise 🤗

  • Be An Animal
    Jan 23 2024
This episode is from a morning meditation on June 20, 2023 @ 5:43 AM, Unedited. My voice sounds a little sultry (early morning). It's about the natural ability of animals (I mention a few). We use animals to describe human personalities. The Bible states be wise as a serpent and harmless as a dove. In the movie Zootopia (loved it🤭), there were many anthropomorphisms depicted. The fox (slick) and the hare (timid) were great ones. I recently watched a documentary on Hulu called SECRETS OF THE ELEPHANTS. The cover art is from the documentary [retrieved, January 19, 2024, National Geographic] Hulu: secrets of the elephants, S E3-Rainforest). I was intrigued by the harmony among all the different animals in the rainforest. I was also saddened how their habitat is being diminished. In the next episode, you will hear a conversation of nature I recorded one morning..stay tuned! Thanks for listening🤗

  • I Believe In HOME
    Oct 20 2023
This is a follow-up to the segment, "I Believe" published in April. I was asked if the little girl in the story continues on her journey. I pondered the question, because the story evolved out of Journaling. You will here me discuss my view on who the little girl was and where she was going. I followed up the segment with me singing acapella. TURN YOUR VOLUME DOWN😅. I went all in. Singing as if no one was listening 🤭😆. Enjoy and Reflect🙏🏽

This is an acapella song I created inspired by attending the US OPEN. I enjoy the sport and admire the players. The athletes mentioned here are the top USA WTA & ATP players. I walk you through the culture and the experience of being a tennis fan. The audio is unedited. It's pure and authentic. Hear me laugh at the end.

This is a story that evolved from morning journaling. It's about a little girl that encounters some "seeds" of interference from some unexpected places. These interferences have probably plagued us once in our lifetime. Some of us rely spiritually on the Word of God or meditation. I encourage you to use any means to get you through a challenge. Be well! Be Encouraged!
