  • Episode 36 : Stetson Crane!
    Mar 29 2026
On this edition of Reset and Rise to the Unbreakable With Amanda Moore, we welcome Stetson Crane to the show!

    Here's his bio :

Stetson Crane is an entrepreneur, adventurer, and storyteller who believes the same mindset that helps someone jump out of an airplane can also help them build a business and face life’s hardest moments. Stetson grew up in an entrepreneurial family that was constantly chasing opportunity. His parents owned several businesses while working toward their dream of operating their own grocery store. During those years his family moved frequently as they followed new opportunities, and much of Stetson’s childhood was spent inside those businesses. When his parents finally opened their store, he practically grew up under the office desk, watching how the business operated day in and day out. By the age of ten he was already working alongside his dad, putting in long hours and learning firsthand what hard work, responsibility, and persistence looked like.

Those early years built a strong work ethic and gave him confidence that he could figure things out if he was willing to work hard enough. As an adult, Stetson eventually started his own business and now operates Night Owl Janitorial in Idaho. But the early days of entrepreneurship weren’t easy. Being young and responsible for a company and employees came with a lot of self-doubt. He often questioned whether he was capable of building something successful. Ironically, when he finally hit some of the financial goals he had been chasing, he found himself feeling unexpectedly lost and depressed. The success he thought would bring fulfillment didn’t solve the deeper questions about purpose and meaning.

That turning point eventually led him to skydiving. What started as a curiosity quickly became a passion. Thousands of feet above the ground, Stetson discovered a powerful connection between fear, clarity, and living fully in the moment. Skydiving—and later BASE jumping—became a way to confront fear head-on and rebuild a stronger mindset. Today, Stetson brings those lessons from the sky back into business and life.

He is passionate about helping others overcome fear, take action on their ideas, and build lives that balance hard work, adventure, and personal growth. Whether he’s leading teams, launching new business ideas, or jumping out of airplanes, Stetson’s message is simple: growth lives on the other side of fear—and sometimes the biggest breakthroughs happen after life forces you to reset and rise again.

  • Episode 35 : "Rad Rob" Rob Francois
    Mar 21 2026
On this edition of Reset and Rise to the Unbreakable With Amanda Moore, we welcome the producer of Reset and Rise, "Rad Rob" Rob Francois to the show!

    Here's his bio :

Rob Francois was born prematurely at Hartford Hospital in Hartford, Connecticut on May 27th 1976. He weight 3 lbs 6 ounces. He was a miracle baby. His mom was to have twin girls as well but they were both stillborn and didn't survive. When Rob was born, the doctor said that if he survived the night, he'd have a good chance of making it. He was put in an incubator in ICU for several days. He kept staring at the heat lamps so much that the doctor put masking tape over his eyes to protect his vision and that left permanent scars above his eyebrows. Fast forward 6 years and that's when Rob got into bowling.

His mom worked at the former Bradley Bowl in Windsor Locks, CT that used to be a regular stop on the PBA Tour throughout the 60's to the 90's. Both of Rob's parents bowled in leagues there, so it was a natural step for Rob to try it himself. He started in a Youth league where he won High Average. That trend continued winning High Game and High Average awards throughout his Junior league years and was part of several teams that were League Champions. When Rob was 12, the worst thing that ever happened to him as a kid was when his parents had gotten divorced when he was in the 7th grade. His mom and left and was dating someone Rob had grown up with at the bowling alley that was only 7 years his senior.

Rob met his future (and Current) Wife in 1998 when he was 22 years old in an Atlanta Braves Chat Room on AOL. For some reason, he said something funny to catch her attention and they started Instant Messaging each other and on June 8th of that year started a long distance relationship. He visited her in Tennessee that summer and they instantly hit it off. On December 17th, 1998 he proposed to her and she said yes. They continued to see each other when he would fly to TN or she would fly to CT.

In 2000, Rob decided to leave home for the first time and move to Murfreesboro TN. He lived in one side of a shared split house near Middle Tennessee State University and had worked as a Retail Manager. Being a strong Baptist Christian, her parents wouldn't let her go to Rob's apartment so she had to sneak out after work. After a year, Rob was lonely for home and moved back to Connecticut where he lived with his mom, his dad, and a friend from 2001 to 2004.

In 2005 Rob's still fiancee moved to CT and lived with Rob until her parents kinda gave them an ultimatum. If you want to live together, fly down here and get married and we will pay for it. So, they did. On February 12th, 2005 they finally tied the knot after 7 years of an on again and off again relationship. They lived with her parents in Rockvale, TN until they were fortunate to buy a home in Smyrna, Tennessee in 2012. It was there that they decided it was finally time to put their own roots down and try to have a baby. After a miscarrage in November 2017, they tried again and they were able to announce to their family on Christmas of that year that they were going to have a baby again.

On August 16, 2018 they had their first child, a girl and she instantly changed Rob's life. Rob has also been a podcaster and YouTube content creator since 2017. He's had several shows including RTW, RTW Rewind and RTW Main Event wrestling podcasts, Straight Up 5, a bowling show that still releases weekly for the last 5 years, and several other former and current shows, including Reset and Rise.

  • Episode 34 : Founder of Sleep In Heavenly Peace Luke Mickleson!
    Mar 14 2026
On this edition of Reset and Rise to the Unbreakable With Amanda Moore, we welcome the founder of Sleep In Heavenly Peace Luke Mickelson to the show!

    Here's his bio :

Luke Mickelson grew up a hardworking farm kid in the small town of Kimberly, Idaho, where community, character, and service were simply a way of life. An avid athlete and lifelong competitor, he poured his energy into youth programs, coaching, and mentoring—developing both a passion for people and a natural talent for leadership. That same drive carried into his professional career in business, but something was missing. In 2012, driven by a desire to make a deeper impact, Luke founded Sleep in Heavenly Peace (SHP), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit with a simple but powerful mission: “No kid sleeps on the floor in our town.” What began as a single act of kindness has grown into a global movement. Today, SHP has more than 400 chapters across 47 U.S. states and 4 countries, delivering over 370,000 beds to children in need.

Luke has personally trained and mentored hundreds of chapter leaders, sharing his blueprint for community-driven change and empowering thousands to serve with heart and purpose. His work has been recognized on Mike Rowe’s Returning the Favor, CNN Heroes (Top 10 finalist), NBC Nightly News with Lester Holt, Good Morning America, The Today Show, People Magazine, and even American Ninja Warrior. These platforms have celebrated his unwavering dedication to what he calls the Humans Helping Humans philosophy.

Today, Luke travels the country as a keynote speaker, guest, and podcast host, inspiring audiences to embrace the power of tiny moments that create massive impact—and to discover the joy of serving others in their own communities.
