• When God Says No 4•15•26
    Apr 19 2026

This Bible study message centers on the power of persistence in prayer and the boldness to stand on God’s Word. In Luke 18, Jesus shares the parable of the persistent widow to teach that we should always pray and never give up. Her tenacity becomes the model for believers. When you adopt the posture of “But God, Your Word says…,” you are no longer praying from emotion, but from authority. You are reminding heaven of what has already been spoken. This kind of faith keeps praying, keeps pushing, and keeps standing, even when answers feel delayed. It is not passive faith. It is active, unwavering, and expectant.

The message then moves into the tension between failure, lies, and truth. In John 21, the disciples experienced failure after catching nothing, yet one instruction from Jesus changed everything. This reminds us not to fix our eyes on the problem but to trust that God can shift outcomes in a moment. The enemy, as revealed in John 8:44, operates in lies, aiming to make us doubt what God said. But the truth stands firm. Psalm 85 reminds us that God speaks peace, and Isaiah 55 assures us that His Word will never return empty. So even when disappointment, delay, or doubt tries to creep in, believers are called to get their hopes up again, keep knocking, and declare with confidence: “But God, Your Word says.”

  • Disappointed By The Word God Gives Us 4•19•26
    Apr 19 2026

In this powerful Sunday message, Apostle Junie Kelley explored the weight of disappointment and what it feels like when life does not go the way we hoped. Disappointment was defined as feeling unhappy, dissatisfied, and discouraged because expectations were not met. Yet, through the Word of God, the message revealed that even disappointment has purpose in the hands of God. Sometimes when healing comes, God shows His power openly. Other times, when healing or the answer does not come the way we expected, it pulls us into a deeper dependence on Him. God’s “no” is not meant to harm us, but to protect us. His “wait” is not meant to frustrate us, but to bring our will into alignment with His perfect will.

Drawing from Psalm 34 and Psalm 18, Apostle Kelley reminded us that if we want the good things God has for us, we must passionately pursue Him and seek Him first. Disappointment becomes especially painful when we have already decided how God should answer, but true faith trusts Him even when His response is different from our expectations. The story of Naaman in 2 Kings 5 showed that God’s way may not always look like what we imagined, but His way is always right. This message calls believers to let go of pride, surrender personal agendas, and trust that whether God says yes, no, or wait, He is still being good.

  • The Task of Leadership 4•13•26
    Apr 13 2026

In this timely and practical message, The Task of Leadership, we are reminded that real leadership is not just about title or personality, but about clear direction, godly influence, and wise communication. Leadership requires knowing where you are going, saying what needs to be said with clarity, and helping people understand it in a simple, meaningful way. This message challenges believers to lead with gratitude, humility, and hope, remembering that people are often drawn closer to God through the way we treat them. A simple “thank you” can open hearts, and a hopeful testimony can help someone believe again.

Through scriptures like Romans 4:17-18 and Ephesians 4:11-12, this sermon highlights that leadership is influence, acceptance, timing, and trust in God. We are reminded not to expect unbelievers to act like believers, and not to speak on things prematurely before their season has come. At TCC, we are being shaped to understand what to do, how to do it, when to do it, and most importantly, how to depend on God to work through us. This message is a strong call for leaders to grow in wisdom, patience, and purpose as they help guide others forward.

  • The Soul Of The Holy Spirit 4•8•26
    Apr 13 2026

In the middle of a busy week, it is easy to feel drained, distracted, or disconnected. This midweek Bible study reminds us that we were never meant to run on empty. God designed us to be continually refreshed by His presence, strengthened by His Word, and guided by His wisdom day by day. Isaiah 40:31 reassures us that those who wait on the Lord will renew their strength, while Psalm 119:105 shows us that His Word remains a steady light when life feels uncertain.

This message encourages believers to pause, realign, and reconnect with God right where they are. Midweek is not just a checkpoint, it is a divine opportunity to refuel spiritually and refocus intentionally. When we bring our burdens to Jesus, as Matthew 11:28 invites us to do, we exchange exhaustion for rest and confusion for clarity. No matter how your week has been going, God is ready to strengthen you, guide you, and carry you forward with renewed purpose.

  • Resurrection Sunday 4•5•26
    Apr 7 2026

Resurrection Sunday is more than a moment in history. It is the ultimate display of power, redemption, and new life. In this message, we are reminded that the empty tomb is not just proof that Jesus lives, but evidence that nothing in our lives is beyond resurrection. Just as Mary Magdalene encountered the risen Savior in her moment of grief, we too are invited into a personal encounter that shifts our perspective from loss to victory.

The resurrection is not just something we celebrate, it is something we live. Because Jesus got up, we have the authority to rise above fear, doubt, and every limitation that once held us back. This message challenges us to step into resurrection life fully, to recognize His voice in our own moments of confusion, and to walk boldly in the new identity and power that comes from the risen King.

  • Good Friday 4•3•26
    Apr 7 2026

In this powerful Good Friday message, Apostle Gregory Kelley walks us through the depth of Jesus’ sacrifice and the unmatched love displayed on the cross. What seemed like defeat was actually divine strategy. Through pain, suffering, and sacrifice, Jesus secured our freedom, redemption, and access to new life.

This sermon reminds us that the cross was not just an event, it was an exchange. Sin for salvation. Brokenness for wholeness. Death for life. Good Friday is proof that even in our darkest moments, God is still working something greater.

  • Stronger Together. God’s Design for Connection and Community
    Apr 7 2026

You were never meant to do life alone. In this powerful message, Elder Brian Moore reminds us that community is not optional. It is God’s original design. Through scripture and real-life insight, we see how isolation can lead to vulnerability, while meaningful connection brings strength, growth, and protection.

This sermon challenges us to stay connected, embrace accountability, and recognize our role in the body of Christ. Because when we walk together, we grow stronger, wiser, and better.

  • God Is Setting You Up To Bless Your Life 3•22•26
    Apr 7 2026

In this powerful message, the reminder is clear: God’s plan for your life is far greater than anything you could dream up on your own. Rooted in Ephesians 3:20, this sermon presses the truth that some people are only an ask away from stepping into greatness. For those who have spent their lives hearing “no,” this word pushes back with heaven’s answer: “Yes, you can.” Even when your past tries to disqualify you, it does not have the final say. As seen in Judges 11:1-8, your history may hinder you, but it cannot stop what God has already ordained.

This message also highlights how God intentionally chooses what others overlook, as shown in 1 Corinthians 1:27-29. What looks limited in the eyes of people is often the very thing God uses for His glory. Through Genesis 1:10 and 1:31, we are reminded that when God’s hand is on a thing, it moves from simply being good to being very good. That means when you show up carrying God’s presence, atmospheres shift, rooms change, and possibilities expand. This sermon is a bold encouragement to stop shrinking, start asking, and believe that what God has spoken over your life is bigger than rejection, bigger than limitations, and bigger than your imagination.
