    Kouri Richins’ defense team put in a filing this week ro change Richins’ sentencing date from May 13th, 2026 to late June 2026. May 13th happens to be the date The prosecution has objected to this change of date, writing the scheduled day is already beyond the 45 days maximum and suggesting it’s Richins’ herself who is behind the move not her lawyer’s grief over a recently deceased relative. Here’s the real reason Kouri Richins’ wants to change the date.

    Julius Jones’ defense attorney David McKenzie joins the podcast to discuss the latest feony charge slapped on his former client. The Innocence Project championed his “innocence”. Kim Kardashian advocated tirelessly for his release. ABC aired an advocacy movie to get Paul Howell’s killer Julius Jones released off of death row. On Nov. 18th, 2021 Oklahoma Gov. Stitt commuted Jones’ sentence from death to life in prison with no possibility for parole. Since his commutation, the Innocence Project has never stopped campaigning for his innocence. Now Jones faces new charges stemming from Jones alleged involvement in a prison contraband ring. In this episode, we discuss the evidence against Jones’ in Paul Howell’s murder and explore why the wrongful conviction movement and their advocates never stop advocating for the release of their pet murderers.

    Actor director Timothy Busfield was arraigned on four counts of sexual abuse against minors. These charges stem from when Busfield was directing twins on the set of the series “The Cleaning Lady.” After a pleading “not guilty” at a hearing, Busfield was given bail. Many women have come forward since the 1990’s allegding sexual harassment and predatory behavior from Busfield. In a video given to the defense friendly outlet TMZ Busfield called the allegations against him “lies” and swore he would fight the charges. In a new interview with Good Morning America this week, Busfield’s wife actress Melissa Gilbert slammed the victims’ parents and said her and her husband’s lives were a “living hell”. Was Gilbert groomed by Busfield to be an accomplice in his crimes? What responsibility does she have to the victims in this case? Let’s talk about it!
