    A young gymnast loses her “balance” at the 1966 Olympic Trials. (heavy symbolism intended). 20 years later, she is teaching aerobics in an uneasy partnership with her Olympic partner and boyfriend, Trip Allen. Linda Gufstafson, housewife with an edge, shows up for class. A hirsute stranger from abroad brings his own brand of fitness to America based on his army training-- We are here to make fitness!
