This podcast is about stories — stories of pain and healing, of transformation and sometimes even miracles. Stories of the ones who dare to do, who believe in a better future, and who bring their own contribution to a more conscious, connected world.

Let yourself be guided by Marine Sélénée, who is deeply passionate about listening to others’ stories and sharing her own. Through each episode, she offers what she has been learning, exploring, and embodying over the past twenty years.

  • Returning to Safety
    Mar 29 2026

My new online course, Returning to Safety, is now available with a special offer running until April 6th. I wanted to share the story behind it, because this course truly means a lot to me. As beautiful as the experience of creating it was, recording it also brought me a profound epiphany, a real "aha" moment that helped me understand why I've kept moving so much over the past 17 years in America. It was deeply personal, and I'm so glad it was captured and shared with all of you. Who knows, it might spark your own moment of clarity too. Feeling safe is, in my view, the most essential emotion and state we can cultivate in our lives, especially as women. So with all my heart, I hope this course helps you feel exactly that. Join me and seven incredible women on this journey. Consider this your invitation.

  • Being a Woman | A conversation with Marine Selenee and Nina Mongendre
    Mar 19 2026

It’s a conversation between two women in their forties. One is married with two daughters; the other is divorced with no children.

What connects them is a shared desire to empower and celebrate women at every stage of life.

Together, they explore the different chapters of womanhood: the first period, sexuality, motherhood, perimenopause, losing a mother at a young age, raising the next generation of women, and dedicating a career to women’s health.

This conversation is about freedom, the freedom to celebrate being a woman. It’s about acknowledging the challenges, but also sharing the solutions that exist today so women don’t have to suffer in silence or walk through darkness alone.

Their voices represent many others. And the message is simple: we will keep speaking, keep sharing, and keep celebrating because being a woman is powerful, complex, and truly extraordinary.

  • Metamorphosis: From Dismantlement to Wholeness with Eyla Cuenca
    Mar 5 2026

In this new episode, we welcome Eyla, who courageously shares her story of being born into a triangle situation and discovering that hidden truth later in life. She speaks about the profound journey of finding your place when your origins feel unclear, and what it means to carry and embody the “secret.”

Through resilience, courage, and deep inner work, Eyla found a way not only to break free, but to transform her story into a path of service. Today, as a doula, she lovingly supports babies, mothers, and new generations with tenderness and presence.

Eyla has dedicated her career to honoring origins and roots, guiding women before and after birth. She is helping reshape a space where women can explore themselves freely — without shame or guilt — and fully embrace the metamorphosis of becoming who they truly are.

    About Eyla

A childbirth educator, doula, and birth trauma alchemist. I support women in reconnecting with their inner wisdom through self-reflection and self-forgiveness, offering compassionate guidance from conception through postpartum. My work is devoted to helping women, men, and future birth workers reclaim trust in birth, bodily intelligence, and personal sovereignty. With a background in anthropology and extensive experience attending over 200 births in hospital and home settings, I bring both a systemic and deeply human perspective. I believe everyone deserves access to empowering education around birth and parenting, and I’m honored to hold space as you rediscover your strength and innate knowing.
