• #82 - [Guest] Tony Riddle - Adding Life to Your Years | Movement, Longevity and Running Naturally
    Mar 31 2026

Tony Riddle is a leading voice in natural movement, rewilding, and human performance.

Born with club feet and raised in corrective footwear, Tony’s early experience of movement was far from natural. Over time, he rebuilt that relationship, going on to embody the very principles he now teaches.

This conversation explores how modern life disconnects us from our bodies, and what it looks like to return to something more natural.

Tommy and Tony cover natural movement, posture, breath work, cold exposure, and the role of play in building a resilient, capable body.

Along the way, Tony shares simple, practical ways to reconnect with your environment and move with more freedom.

You can pre-order Tony’s book before 10th April: TAKE THE STAIRS: The Longevity Lifestyle

If you do, you’ll be not only feature in the book and receive a signed copy, but also be in with the chance to win a Golden Ticket to one of Tony’s immersive retreats.

  • #79 - The Dangers of Data Obsession (and Why Your Watch Might Be Ruining Running)
    Mar 12 2026

Join Tommy to explore one of the biggest shifts in modern running: our obsession with data.

Running used to be simple. You put on a pair of shoes, headed out the door, and judged the run by how it felt. But somewhere along the way watches, Strava, VO2 max scores, heart rate graphs and endless metrics began to take over.

In this episode Tommy follows the story of an everyday runner who slowly falls into the trap of letting numbers define his runs. He breaks down why many of the metrics runners obsess over aren’t nearly as important as they think, why wearable tech estimates are often misleading, and how the constant comparison culture of Strava can quietly erode the joy of running.

This is not an attack on data. Data can be useful. But when numbers start replacing experience, something important is lost.

If you’ve ever finished a run that felt great… only to feel disappointed when you saw the numbers on your watch, this episode is for you.

A conversation about running, freedom, and remembering why we started in the first place.
